FAQ
This FAQ section addresses common questions about our pillows, ordering process, shipping, materials, care, and policies to provide customers with clear, convenient information. If you have additional questions not covered here, please refer to our other policy pages for further assistance.
One of the most frequent questions is about pillow materials and safety. Our pillows are made from high-quality, skin-friendly materials—memory foam, natural down, latex, hypoallergenic fibers, and durable cotton or microfiber covers. All materials are non-toxic, free from harmful chemicals, and tested for safety. Memory foam pillows offer pressure relief, down pillows provide plush comfort, latex pillows are naturally hypoallergenic, and hypoallergenic fiber pillows are ideal for those with allergies. Detailed material and safety information is available on each product page, helping you choose the right pillow for your needs.
Customers often ask about pillow firmness and sleep position compatibility. We offer pillows in three firmness levels: soft (ideal for stomach sleepers), medium (great for back sleepers), and firm (best for side sleepers). Product pages include detailed firmness guides and recommendations based on sleep position, ensuring you select a pillow that provides proper neck and spinal support. We also offer adjustable pillows with removable fill, allowing you to customize the firmness to your preference.
Order processing and shipping times are common inquiries. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days, while international orders vary based on location and customs processing. Tracking information is provided once available, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress. Pillows may arrive compressed; we recommend fluffing them for 5-10 minutes or placing them in a dryer on low heat for a few minutes to restore their shape.
Many customers ask about how to care for their pillows. Care instructions vary by material: memory foam and latex pillows should be spot-cleaned with mild soap and water, while down and fiber pillows are machine-washable (on a gentle cycle with cold water). Most pillow covers are removable and machine-washable for easy maintenance. We recommend washing pillows every 3-6 months to keep them clean and fresh, and care instructions are included on each product page and in the packaging. Avoid using high heat when drying to prevent damage to the fill.
Questions about returns and exchanges are also common. To be eligible, pillows must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the specified timeframe. Used, washed, or damaged pillows (unless defective) are not eligible. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly due to our error. For full details, refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
International customers often ask about customs duties and taxes. Any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking local customs rules before ordering to avoid unexpected charges.
Finally, many users ask about pillow warranties. Most of our pillows come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects (such as uneven fill, torn covers, or defective stitching). Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or changes in firmness due to regular use are not covered. This feature is clearly indicated on product pages. This FAQ is updated regularly to address new customer questions and policy changes.
