Processing typically occurs within 2-3 business days, though slight delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, especially for bulk orders or custom pillow options.
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver orders worldwide. Given the soft, compressible nature of pillows, we use practical yet protective packaging—including sturdy cardboard boxes, breathable plastic sleeves, and padding to keep pillows clean, free from damage, and in their original shape during transit. Our packaging is designed to preserve the pillow’s fill and structure, ensuring your pillow arrives in the same pristine condition as it left our warehouse, with no lumps, tears, or damage to the cover. Domestic orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment, while international orders may take 7-21 business days, depending on the destination, customs processing, and local postal services.
Delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may result from weather disruptions, transportation limitations, customs inspections, or high-volume shipping periods. We recommend placing orders in advance if you need the pillow for a planned move, bedroom renovation, or specific sleep needs, to account for potential delays.
